By using PujaKit you agree to these terms. They are written so a reasonable person can read them once and understand what is on offer and what is expected in return.

Use of the site

You may use PujaKit for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or pass off our content as your own.

Orders, dispatch & refunds

Kits ship from India; pan-India delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. International dispatch is available on request. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for replacement within 7 days of receipt.

Pandit bookings

Bookings are confirmed via email after pandit availability is verified. Cancellations 48 hours or more before the scheduled time receive a full refund; later cancellations forfeit 50% of the fee.

Content and intellectual property

Mantras, ślokas, and traditional kathās are part of our shared cultural heritage. Our editorial framing, illustrations, and code are copyrighted © PujaKit and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We aim to dispatch authentic, high-quality samagri but make no guarantees as to spiritual outcomes. Use of any tool on this site (japa mālā, prāṇāyāma, havan simulator) is at your own discretion.
