By using PujaKit, you agree to these terms. PujaKit provides devotional content, tools, temple references, panchang context, commerce surfaces, booking request flows, and support channels. These terms explain what we provide, what we do not promise, and what we expect from users.
Using PujaKit
You may use the site for personal, devotional, educational, and lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, scrape at scale, reverse engineer private systems, copy protected content, impersonate others, submit abusive content, or use PujaKit for unlawful, misleading, harassing, or exploitative activity.
Educational and devotional content
Religious, spiritual, panchang, astrology, temple, Ayurveda, and ritual content is provided for education, reference, and devotional support. Traditions vary by region, sampradaya, family practice, and local temple rules. PujaKit should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.
No guaranteed outcomes
PujaKit does not guarantee blessings, cures, marriage, childbirth, jobs, wealth, exam results, disease prevention, removal of doshas, or any other life outcome from a product, mantra, puja, booking, tool, or recommendation. Spiritual practice is personal and should never be sold through fear.
Products and orders
Product pages should show available details such as price, unit, contents, images, usage context, dispatch expectations, and return conditions. Final availability, taxes, shipping, and fulfilment details are confirmed before payment or dispatch. Natural and handmade items may vary in colour, grain, size, fragrance, bead texture, and finish.
Food, prasad, and consumables
If PujaKit lists edible prasad, sweets, herbs as consumables, or any other food product, the listing must follow applicable food-safety, labelling, shelf-life, and FSSAI requirements. Do not consume any item if packaging is damaged, expired, contaminated, or unsuitable for your health condition.
Bookings and services
Pandit booking, e-puja, chadhava, consultation, or offering flows are request-based until confirmed. Availability, provider identity, location, language, fulfilment method, price breakup, cancellation window, and proof/receipt expectations should be confirmed before payment. PujaKit does not imply temple or trust affiliation unless a page states that clearly with supporting evidence.
Service confirmations and changes
A booking or offering request is confirmed only when the relevant payment, provider, time, location, and fulfilment details are accepted. If weather, temple rules, provider availability, courier delays, force majeure, or platform outages affect fulfilment, we may offer a revised time, equivalent fulfilment route, replacement, cancellation, or refund according to the applicable policy.
Prices, payments, and refunds
Prices may change before confirmation. We aim to show itemised pricing before payment, including product/service cost, delivery, platform or coordination fees, taxes, and any gateway charges where applicable. Refunds, replacements, cancellations, and exceptions are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Consumer support and grievances
If something is wrong with an order, listing, payment, service request, refund, or delivery, contact us at namaste@pujakit.in. We aim to acknowledge support complaints promptly and resolve them fairly. Where consumer e-commerce rules prescribe specific timelines or disclosures, PujaKit will work to follow those requirements.
Reviews, endorsements, and affiliates
Reviews should come from real customers or clearly identified feedback sources. Paid placements, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or commission-based recommendations should be disclosed near the relevant claim or link.
Intellectual property
Traditional mantras, shlokas, and source texts may belong to shared cultural heritage, but translations, commentaries, page design, editorial framing, code, images, audio, video, datasets, and compiled collections may be protected by copyright, licence, or platform terms. Do not reproduce PujaKit content or third-party assets without permission where permission is required.
Third-party services
PujaKit may link to or embed third-party services, including YouTube, temple websites, payment gateways, maps, courier services, and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, content, fees, or changes.
Account and data responsibilities
Keep account credentials and OTPs private. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal details in forms. Our data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PujaKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, spiritual, emotional, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site, content, tools, products, services, third-party links, or unavailable streams.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any mandatory consumer rights, data rights, or statutory protections available to you are not limited by these terms.
