Recited at Brahma Muhurta (pre-dawn time) to begin the day with consciousness of the divine and the preciousness of life.
When to recite: Brahma Muhurta (1.5 hours before sunrise), early morning
ब्राह्मे मुहूर्ते उत्तिष्ठेत् स्वस्थो रक्षार्थमायुषः। तत्र सर्वार्थसम्पत्तिर्ज्ञानं च उपजायते॥
One who is healthy should rise at Brahma Muhurta to protect one's lifespan; Therein all wealth of purposes is obtained and knowledge is born.
