आरती कुंज बिहारी की, श्री गिरधर कृष्ण मुरारी की॥
गले में बैजन्ती माला, बजावत मुरली मधुर बाला।
श्रवण में कुण्डल झलकाला, नन्द के आनन्द नन्दलाला॥
आरती कुंज बिहारी की॥
গগन सम अंग कांति काली, राधिका चमक रही आली।
लतन में ठाढ़े बनमाली, भ्रमर सी अलक, कस्तूरी तिलकाली॥
आरती कुंज बिहारी की॥
कनकमय मोर मुकुट बिलसे, देवता दरसन को तरसे।
गज के नैन नीलकमल सरसे, निशि नहिं प्रभु वृन्दावन मिलसे॥
आरती कुंज बिहारी की॥
जहाँ ते प्रकट भई गंगा, सकल मन हरिणी श्री गंगा।
स्मरण ते होत मोह भंगा, बसी शिव सीस जटा के संगा॥

चमकती उज्जवल तट रेनू, बज रही वृन्दावन बेनू।
चहुँ दिशि गोपि ग्वाल धेनु, हंसत मृदु मधुर मनोहर वेनू॥
आरती कुंज बिहारी की॥
जहाँ ते उदित भई ज्योती, सकल दरिद्रता की होती।
देत प्रभु मन की सब मोती, पूरण आशा नव निधि होती॥

English Translation
Aarti of the Kunj Vihari (sportsman of the groves), of Shri Girdhar Krishna Murari!
A Vaijayanti garland around his neck, playing a sweet flute as a child,
Glistening earrings in his ears — Nanda's beloved, the joy of Nanda.
Aarti of the Kunj Vihari!
His body dark and beautiful as the sky, Radhika shines brightly alongside,
Standing amidst the creepers, the forest-garland wearer,
Curling locks like black bees, a kasturi (musk) tilak.

A golden peacock-feather crown glitters, gods long for his darshan;
His eyes like blue lotuses, charming and moist —
The Lord is not found separated from Vrindavan at night.

From where the Ganga appeared and flowed,
Capturing all minds — the sacred Ganga;
Remembering her, delusion breaks,
She dwells in Shiva's matted hair.

The bright river-bank sand glistens,
The flute of Vrindavan is playing;
In all directions gopis, cowherds and cows,
The sweet melodious enchanting flute smiles.

From where the divine light arose,
All poverty is destroyed;
The Lord grants every pearl of the mind's desires,
Hopes are fulfilled, the nine treasures are attained.
